Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Seminar I

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Seminar I Training

Build Your Path to Wellness, Resilience, and Recovery

The Wellness Recovery Action Plan® (WRAP) Seminar I Training is a powerful, interactive course designed to help you take control of your wellness and build a strong foundation for recovery. This training introduces participants to the evidence-based WRAP model, which supports individuals in developing personalized strategies to maintain wellness, respond to challenges, and live the life they choose.

What You’ll Gain from This Training:

  • A Personalized Wellness Toolbox: Learn to identify wellness tools that work for you and how to use them to stay well and improve quality of life.

  • Increased Self-Awareness: Explore your own experiences to recognize early warning signs and develop action plans for responding to triggers and crises.

  • Empowerment and Hope: Gain greater confidence in your ability to manage your mental health and well-being, grounded in the key recovery concepts of hope, personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy, and support.

  • Practical, Lifelong Skills: Leave with tools and strategies you can use immediately in everyday life to support your wellness goals.

  • A Foundation for Peer Support and Facilitation: Completion of Seminar I qualifies you to attend WRAP Facilitator Training (Seminar II), should you wish to guide others in their recovery journey in the future.

Who Should Attend:
This training is open to anyone interested in personal wellness and recovery, including individuals with lived experience, caregivers, peer supporters, and professionals. No previous WRAP experience is required — just a willingness to engage and grow.

Why WRAP Works:
WRAP is grounded in lived experience and supported by decades of use in diverse communities around the world. It offers a flexible, voluntary, and strengths-based approach that honors your values and choices.
