WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is an evidence-based, self-directed process that helps people get well, stay well, and make their lives more the way they want them to be. In this interactive, peer-based seminar, participants develop personal wellness goals and create their own individualized WRAP® using practical tools and action plans.
Participants learn strategies to:
Reduce: uncomfortable feelings, troubling behaviors, depression, and anxiety
Increase: hopefulness, quality of life, recovery, and self-advocacy
WRAP® is facilitated by Certified WRAP® Facilitators and is not a clinical treatment plan. Participation is voluntary — the only requirement is the desire to build your own plan for wellness and recovery.
